By participating in the remote demonstration of PNY AI Lab utilizing the DGX Spark and /or NVIDIA RTX Pro Blackwell workstation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I will participate remotely only via the secure link or platform provided by PNY. I will not attempt to access, connect to, or interact with any PNY systems, networks, or environments outside of the designated demonstration session.
  • I will not attempt to take, copy, download, record, screenshot, extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise capture any data, information, software, configurations, or intellectual property displayed or accessible during the demonstration, except for any materials PNY explicitly permits.
  • I agree not to probe, test, scan, or in any way attempt to impact, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to PNY’s systems, data, or infrastructure.
  • All information and demonstrations shared are confidential and proprietary to PNY. I agree to maintain their confidentiality and not disclose, share, or use them for any purpose other than evaluating the solution during this session.
  • PNY may record the session for internal purposes. My participation is voluntary, and I may discontinue at any time.
